Board Meeting of BBPO

Meeting was called to hear proposal from Gene Robertson.

The following members were present:

• Larry Reed
• Rueben Corkill
• Jim Remitz
• Sam Kenny

Ray briefed the board on the essence of Robertson's presentation before he appeared. Gene Robertson, a developer, has approached the board for "annexation" to Bahia Bay in order for his land to have access to the one-foot easement that belongs to Bahia Bay. Mr. Robertson owns the acreage on the north side of Windjammer and continuing to the north on Ocean Drive. He presented a plat, deed restrictions, and his vision of what he would like to develop on this land. Discussion ensued between Gene and the board members about leaving a green space off of highway 35, deed restrictions, lot prices, "stick" houses, elevation, assessments, utilities (underground), Corp of Engineer approval, and his background, etc. It was decided to consult our legal advisors and then present proposal to the community in a published meeting.
