BBPOA HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 8, 2004

Jim Remitz called the meeting to order. Those present were:

Jim Remitz- President
Ray Herrod - Director
Margie Davis - Treasurer
Juanda Hartwell - Secretary

Jim stated that Stan Kerpoe had resigned as Vice President of the Board.

Under Section 2.3 of the BBPOA bylaws Jim Remitz and Ray Herrod elected Margie Davis as interim Director. The Board elected officers as follows:

Ray Herrod - Vice President
Margie Davis - Director

Margie Davis will serve as Treasurer and Director until the next annual meeting, at which time that position will be filled by a general election.

The meeting was adjourned.
